How the rules are kept accurate
Each court's rules come from the court's own published requirements or its e-filing provider's documentation. Every rule shows its source and the month it was last checked. Rules are re-checked every month.
What it is not
It checks file format only. It doesn't review what your documents say, your deadlines or local practice, and it isn't legal advice.
